Throughout my life I have always been an observer and learner, the lessons that life teaches us are unparalleled and there is a lot to learn around us from events that goes unnoticed. A leader is not by virtue of the position held but by the manner in which the people around behold. Knowledge is just on epart, application of knowledge the other and most important is the ability to apply knowlege appropriately in the relevant situation to the extent that it is required.
